Returns

I do not accept returns for purchased or commissioned work. All sales are final.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, or defective product of mine, please email me with a picture of said damaged product and I will be more than happy to issue a full refund, or send another one of my completed works in place of the damaged one.

Sales and Stock

All products on my website are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. I do my best to keep my inventory lively, but occasionally, I may run low on certain types of paintings. If you are looking for something specific and have questions, or are wondering when I might have something done in a certain style, please contact me! I’m always taking commissions, and am more than happy to work with you.

Commissions

Due to the nature of acrylic fluid art, I require ~1-2 weeks at most to complete custom or commissioned works, depending on the complexity and size of the requested piece(s). This time frame allows me to produce something with the highest standards in terms of quality and heart.

If there are any unexpected delays or changes to the timeframe, I will communicate those promptly to keep you in the loop.
